msvickee 212 Posted July 29, 2012 For the first time since my surgery (June 28) I ate too fast trying to get ready for church and boy it's not a good feeling. Lesson: Get up earlier than normal to start your day so you can take your time to eat and enjoy your Breakfast.< /p> 1 SleeveNoob reacted to this

traceyinflorida 499 Posted July 29, 2012 I hate when that happens! I have found that to be the hardest habit to break. It seems like we are always on the run. I usually do Protein Shakes in the morning now because I can drink it while I am getting ready and in the car if I didn't have a chance to finish.

Izuri 428 Posted July 30, 2012 That is a good lesson, I hope I can learn it from you, but I have a feeling my brain will have to run into it once or twice before acknowledging it =p Feel better!
