Looking For Something To Take To Soften My Stool

Any suggestions on what you might use to soften your stool. I tried the metamucil but it was flavored orange and it was nasty. I could not get it down.

Part of the reason you are having issues is that you are not hydrated enough. Or at least that is what my surgeon & NUT told me.

Colace- tiny pill, easy to swallow and it works

Colace or Miralax. My surgeon also told me I could do a suppository if I was really having a hard time going. Luckily my bowel problems have improved since surgery!!!
