Meant to add earlier, when I notice a stall or increase, and I am not menstrual, I change my diet for a few days and it gets moving in the right direction again. Nine weeks today and no stalls that have lasted more than 3 days.

62 pounds gone and counting......

I weigh and measure myself once a week. I find that if the scale does not move much then the inches do and it stops me getting dishearted.
