MoreganK 164 Posted July 27, 2012 There is a dish at La Madeline that, presurgery, I loved. It is scrambled egg with Swiss cheese wrapped in a crepe and smothered in mushroom sauce. Soo good! Two weeks into mushies now, I've grown more experimental. I scrambled an egg using Pam in the pan, mixed with 1 tbsp. skim milk, pepper to taste, Morton's no salt (just a pinch), slice of american cheese (its what I had),I then made Amy's mushroom Soup and poured two table spoons of soup over my egg. OMG it was so good!! And had a similar taste to my favorite dish, and far less fattening. Anyone else have some mushie experiments gone right? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
dar1983 751 Posted July 28, 2012 I thought I would be eating eggs everyday....HA! I can barely get down one whole egg (scrambled) with cheese. This sucks, as I do NOT eat cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream or anything else of that texture. So Breakfast is usually a Protein Shake, or watermelon.
