Newbie Here Flipped From Lap To Sleeve

Hi everyone my name is rosa and I switched to the sleeve a couple of weeks ago. I am finally done with my 6 month diet program first woohoo. Everything got turned in to them from my surgeon got a call from the dietician yesterday stating everything looks really good and expect to hear from us later this week or early next. Wooshhhhhh I wasn't even expecting that so glad to hear something positive. I feel really tired weighing 283 and being 25 this is not how I want my life to be anymore.

Looking forward to getting to meet new people on the same boat.

That's exactly what my surgeon said and he specialize in both. He said the lap band is over rated he has seen so many cases of his first lap banders having to get it removed. I was really scared cause all I thought about was half of my stomach being removed!!!! Aahhhhhhh

Well yeah, he will remove part of your stomach, but you will not miss it....I dont miss mine! I am just happy and blessed I could have the revision done, and now working my but off trying to continue to do the right things to get and keep this weight off...FOREVER!

I just love the word forever now....
