k8tie1 2 Posted August 2, 2012 I am 64 and was sleeved July 10, 3 weeks and 16 lbs ago! Dr. Found a hiatal hernia and a cancerous tumor and six polyps in the stomach. The tumor is a Gist type tumor and caught it very early so no chemo needed now. Will scope the remaining part of the stomach in 6 to 12 months for the next few years. I am very blessed as I was going for the Lapland and this tumor would never have been found until possible it was large and treatment a must. I won the lottery three times on one day, July 10th!!! 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this
