Today's Good Thing

Since I begun this journey I realize that it's easy to focus on the negative, to whine or complain, or even harp on all the things you didn't do. I'm trying to change that attitude for myself. I know there will be days when it won't happen but I'm trying to make a greater effort to comment on my positives. So today, I went to Water aerobics and enjoyed it! I also hit my 60g of Protein today- woot,woot! Anyone else have a positive for today?

Stayed on pre op diet in spite of pneumonia and an incredibly difficult day @ work! Good subject! Need to stay positive!

I passed my 60g of Protein, I am under 30g of carbs. Also my size 18 (**not plus store or women's size just plain ol size 18 from the non plus size store) are fitting me loose..after I super dried them, so I know I didnt just stretch them out, like my pre sleeve days. Yeah!!!

Today I fit into the robe provided at the hair salon. Previously, I didn't fit and every employee who came near me asked if I didn't want to change into the robe. How difficult that was, but now I did it!

Chitowngrl - Loose size 18 is definitely somthing to celebrate!

Notime - I soooo can't wait to accomplish that goal. I always feel so ackward when the ask. Congrats!!!
