If you are a Hubby who refuses to walk with your wife in the evening because you have to walk on the treadmil so you will know exactly how far/how fast you walked. Well, when you are bit on the toe by a hybrid poisonous spider of herebefore unidenified species brought to your town in the coffin of a guy killed by a bite from said hitchiking spider - then, well, you were warned, weren't you?!

Sadly I slightly identify with that desire to know the details of my walk. Some sick obsession. Thank goodness for the Map my Walk app that gives you that exact info! If you have a phone that works with the app you might be out and about soon!

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
