TinaMari 75 Posted July 26, 2012 Howdy! I'm 9 days post op and I'm starting to get symptoms of the common cold. I started coughing like no other. I've never cough like this. The coughs aren't frequent but there loud and kinda hard feeling. Sometimes it even hurts my diaphragm because im coughing so hard. I asked my surgeon if everything is okay and he agreed that I probably was coming down with something. I'm just nervous. Has this ever happened to anyone? Why do you think this is happening so soon.
