eglight 9 Posted July 25, 2012 Just wondering if anyone has hit their goal and look to skinny?
O.T.R. sleever 3,386 Posted July 25, 2012 You can always stop weightloss even if you can't eat much you can start drinking calories. Excessive weight loss really is not a major concern. I'm only about 2months out, & if I wanted to I could easily pack in 5000 calories in a day by just adding a case of slim fast drinks to my daily diet. eglight 9 Posted July 25, 2012 I have a friend who did her surgury in Mexico and is one yr out lost over 100 lbs and looks kinda Bonny. She is trying to gain but just can't. Is there somthing she should try? She is eating all sorts of carbs and sugar stuff and nothing?
enigmachik 403 Posted July 25, 2012 I suggest fast food milkshakes. Not the healthiest, but they sure pack in the calories.

Is there somthing she should try? She is eating all sorts of carbs and sugar stuff and nothing? Did she have the sleeve, RNY, DS? If she is just sleeved she could easily add 1000calories a day to her diet by simply exchanging some of her Water for Meal Replacement shakes. If she had RNY or DS then part of her intestinal tract has been bypassed and the calories would be less effective on her.

smellbug 43 Posted July 25, 2012 My son is under weight so I am always at the NUT for him to gain weight this is what I have been told to do to his food to gain weight. Add olive oil to his Pasta then put the sauce on it. His rice or mashed potatoe had extra butter. Snacks should be cracker with either hummus, guacamole, Peanut Butter, full fat cheese. All dairy products full fat. smoothies with flax seed full fat dairy and peanut butter and a banana. I am not sure what she can eat.
Willow216 91 Posted July 25, 2012 I wish I had this problem.. Being too thin has never been a problem I have had, I wouldn't mind trying it for a while. LOL (Not disrespecting the people who do have this problem) My brother has a too thin problem and he is 5ft 6inches and 145lbs and he's 45 yrs old and he doesn't look older than 20. he eats like a Sumo Wrestler but can't gain an ounce. I Adore and Love him to death but I want to smack him everytime I see him with a Big Mac in his face! LOL
fluffylibra30 323 Posted July 25, 2012 Even if you are trying to gain weight I would do it as healthy as possible. Excessive butter, oil isn't good for your heart. I would add more Beans, Peanut Butter, more fruit.< /p> 1 mylifeinpink reacted to this
