Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted July 25, 2012 Congrats on your losses! Wow, 100 lbs. I'm stuck at 77 lbs but am so happy. Does your weight fluctuate up and down, has weight loss slowed down at all? I've been fluctuating and plus loss has slowed. Can't seem to get the last 16 lbs off. Once again, CONGRATS!
kayte819 95 Posted July 25, 2012 Thanks ladies! Dorrie, you started out with leas to lose so you're closer to goal than I am!! I'm 5'5 & my weight now is some people's starting weight. I've had a couple stalls along the way, but nothing unbearably long. The loss is pretty consistent at about 15 lbs a month. I hope it continues at this rate for another 40 lbs because 175 is a number I can live with while I continue to lose slower since my Dr. Would like me to be 150 (although I don't think my husband would prefer me that small!) We all lose at different rates & most of you are building up enviable muscle mass. I need back surgery & am not exercising at all....which bums me out. Keep the positive attitude you share with us all & you'll get there!!!! Your loss is nothing to shake a stick at!! Congrats on your losses! Wow, 100 lbs. I'm stuck at 77 lbs but am so happy. Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted July 25, 2012 Kayte, thank you for the feedback. You will do fine at 150 lbs and your hubby will smile ear to ear and be so proud of the hard work you've done to get this far. I am such a procrastinator at exercising so I'm not getting much in. I do walk longer distances by parking farther away from the store and my office. I just need to get into the gym and do it. Look forward to heading more about your journey.
