mrsflyboybs 62 Posted July 24, 2012 Hello! How many calories do you take in a day? When you're in a weight loss slump do add more calories or less? My NUT confuses me. I've been stuck at the same weight for about two weeks now. I'm three months post op, down 65 lbs and I'm "supposed" to get 800 calories a day. Thanks for your input. PEvette 297 Posted July 24, 2012 yeah, mine confuses me too sometimes as well..mine gave me a goal of between 800-1000 cal per day, so I set MFP to 800....most days I meet it, some days I dont, some days I go over....on a day I workout, I usually eat something healthy that has more calories, like adding canned pineapple or something as a snack... A stall can happen for a number of reasons, and sometimes you just have to wait it out unfortunately....
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted July 24, 2012 When your in a true stall for over 3 weeks or about, switch things up! Make sure your not drinking with meals, 30 minutes before, or 30 minutes after. Eat Protein first and some veggies. Drink lots of Water to stay hydrated and to keep things moving along. Eat more a few days, and then eat less. Keep your body guessing. Don't worry, you are going to lose the weight, your body is adjusting in inches right now. This is a good time to measure yourself and also, feel the difference in your cloths. 1 mrsflyboybs reacted to this

SleeveDreamer 383 Posted July 25, 2012 I am over 7 months out and only about 3 lbs. from my doctor's goal for me. he said I could now increase my intake 1o 1,000-1,100 per day, but I still cannot get in over 900 and most days can't even get in 800! I concentreate more on carbs than calories since I know I will not be going over my calories.
