msvickee 212 Posted July 23, 2012 Honestly 30-45 minutes of walking is the best or Water aerobics. I think costly gym memberships are overrated. Put on your favorite music and headphones and get to walking. I'm on my way out of the door to do just that.

msvickee 212 Posted July 23, 2012 Walking is fine for the most part' date=' but folks should try and get into some kind of resistance workouts as well. Doesn't have to be fancy, just things to build muscle. The more lean muscle mass you have, the higher your basal metabolic rate, and the potential to lose more weight increases.[/quote'] True Benjamin but I haven't been cleared for that yet so I stick to walking and Water aerobics for resistance.
