Its so interesting to see the life altering change after this surgery...and most in such a short period. There has to be some self image shock with that. I expect to lose slow once I get there. Im not only not in the highest of BMI but Im only 5'0...lucky me lol..5lbs looks like 15. But I hope that works in reverse too. ; ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Frankly, the physical stuff is easy...it's the emotional stuff and my having to stare my emotional eating straight in the face day in, day out. That's the real work!
