mznineteen 3 Posted July 22, 2012 I am a BIG sushi fan, and I'm a month out (17 kilos lighter yay) and I have been craving sushi! Is it too early? How does everyone elses tummies take eating it? x
Smoggy 152 Posted July 22, 2012 I'd love the answer to this- I really want to try some sashimi when I'm onto soft foods.
petite-size-me! 70 Posted July 22, 2012 I searched sushi in VST search bar and found a few threads This was in one of them referencing the mushy stage: Not sure if you're a sushi fan but something I did was get sushimi pieces and finely chopped it - it looked like spicy tuna they put in the rolls but it was just the raw fish finally chopped and is really good. (kind of made me feel normal regarding eating too). I love love love sushimi and before I realized I was 8 weeks pregnant with twins I was having it weekly, must have been craving the protein! Mews 37 Posted August 9, 2012 I had sashimi as four weeks out (when I was allowed soft foods) and then regular sushi at eight weeks. Be careful, though as some people have a hard time with the rice. Ironically for me, this is one of the foods that don't get me sick but I'm not complaining. If I could afford to eat sushi at every meal I would!
