How Do I Change/delete Signature

I cannot view/change/delete my current signature under settings.

When I click on "signature" it shows my surgery ticker but not the quote that shows up every time I post.

Please help! I'm ready to change it but I can't find it!

I might've figured it out. It was posting when mobile but not on the full site. I'm posting this mobile. Let's see....
