lessofmeismore 1,405 Posted July 21, 2012 So I don't know what else to call it lol but my weight loss in my face has given me a turkey neck! Ugh I'm so self conscious about it. Does this get any better? Does it get worse? I don't have money for plastics...I was self pay and that literally broke the bank. *sigh* I'm 41 but I feel like I'm starting to look
victoryinJesus53 21 Posted July 21, 2012 Please don't feel bad because I too am seeing signs of a turkey neck. I am 53 and losing weight just three years ago did not create this problem, but now the signs are here. Like you I do not have funds for plastic surgery. To combat this problem I keep my face/neck washed and rinse with cold Water.

Spirit Fire 115 Posted July 21, 2012 I am having the same problem. My friend who has a beautiful chin/throat/neck line told me that she does this simple exercise while driving or watching TV or anytime throughout the day. Simply say the vowels A-E-I-O-U but OVER emphasize them using many facial muscles. You can truly feel your neck muscles moving. I have now done this for three days and I can feel a little tug in my jaw line letting me know "something" is happening.
victoryinJesus53 21 Posted July 22, 2012 Thanks for the exercise suggestions and I have already saved the website livestrong that refers to exercises for chin and neck. Oh, by the way I began repeating the vowels over and over , which seemed to invigorate both my chin and neck.
Chuckles 28 Posted July 22, 2012 You can wear silk scarves till you feel comfortable with the results of your chin exercises. Ross usually has a great selection at a convenient price.
