msvickee 212 Posted July 23, 2012 So I talked to my NUT about milk. She sai she dies t recommend dairy for effective weight loss. I said is this a sleeve recommendation or in general. She said in general they don't recommend dairy (milk and cheese). She also said if I start drinking it be cautious if my weight loss stalls. I told her miss my organic fat free milk which I would drink 8 oz per day. If I did I would not eat yogurts and cheeses in the same day. With that info I am going to start drinking my milk on August 1st and see how it goes for one month. I just can't see how one serving of dairy per day can stop or slow down weight loss.
