My boobs have always been my best asset. Plus my hubby is a boob man. I'm only 24 lbs downs and they are deflating at a rapid pace. I could bet 20 of my LBS were lost in my boobs!

A good push up bra? Something's needed.

I'd hope that maybe the lbs would redistribute to my butt or something. I've always wanted a big, shapely butt. Got boobs instead. Now my proud girls are singing a swan song.

Hard to adjust to seeing the gyrls leave town.

Wait for it....once you are at goal and stop losing things will shuffle around a bit--you might get some back then.

I was once a DD, now I think I'm a B or C (have yet to get measured, I just wear some really old bras). I look almost flat-chested. I definitely need a bra with padding!

I'm hoping once I'm at goal, my boobs won't look so small when/if my thunder thighs and humongo-hips are gone! :P

Ha, I WISH mine were pert! I think they're still a C cup, but my boobs have always been deflated looking.

I've lost 60 and I've went from a 44DDD with much overhang to a 42DDD. I will shed some tears when I lose my girls until I can afford plastics. My sister is a B and buys her bras from Victoria Secret with a gel padding for like $50ea. She looks like a full C in them.

I can relate. I was a 46DDD , now I'm a 42D and I'm only 7 months out from surgery. I see a breast lift in the near future.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
