I had my surgery on the 16th and I am not getting my fluids or Protein in, I cramp a lot with every sip, I am so uncomfortable right now, I can't tell how much is to much, I don't know whether I'm full or hungry, I'm just up shi**creek!

Trust me, I feel your pain! I'm going to do what my body allows me to do, because like you said, I cramp with every sip too. So..I'm just taking it slow. We will get there!
