BoBann 42 Posted July 20, 2012 I am 8 weeks today and down 20 lbs... Was down 23 lbs and gained 3 lbs back. Plus 15 of those lbs were in the first 3 weeks prior to my first stall. I make my Water and Protein goals 90% of the time. I am trying my best to not to get discouraged. Will the weight eventually move faster or will it always be this slow?? It's all new 453 Posted July 20, 2012 My experience was that it eventually moved. I stalled for over a month at about three weeks after surgery. I stuck to exercising and eating as recommended. Eventually the weight started coming off - 12 lbs in the past 2 weeks. I feel better knowing I always stuck with my plan, and it finally paid off! Keep at it! Territravel 217 Posted July 20, 2012 Hang in there, it will happen! How many calories are you eating and are you exercising? I went through a two week stall, and read on this forum that if you don't eat enough calories your body will go into starvation mode. As soon as I added more calories to my diet, the stall broke. Good luck!
