SleeveandRNYchica 1,155 Posted July 29, 2012 Me either Susan; however, that would insight a riot on the boards and you would then have to intervene and you would not be able to admit your love for an M&M shake

Stephanie_Marie 2 Posted August 2, 2012 5 months and over 100 lbs down and I eat a banana every day. there's a huge difference between carbs in white bread and carbs in bananas. Yes, they are given to people who need to gain weight because of the NUTRIENTS in them- the same nutrients we still need. Sent from my iPhone using VST Oh please we need to talk.. How are you so fortunate to get down 20 a month? I'm only at 230.4 from 255 5 weeks out today. And secrets you would like to share, I'm very discouraged and sad. It is very common for people that have more weight to lose to lose it faster. You have lost 25lbs in 5 weeks which is actually average to above average weight loss. Is there a point in your life where you could have ever lost that much that fast on your own? The most important thing on here is to not compare to others. Everyone loses at different rates and there are so many factors that play into it (I know someone that lost over 200lbs in the same amount of time that it took me to lose 80lbs, but she still weighed more than I did when I started). If you start comparing, it is only going to make you miserable. Be excited for your own accomplishments and enjoy your journey. 2 O.T.R. sleever and Lauranbob Mc reacted to this
