happycrazylion 9 Posted July 19, 2012 Found a few new yummy foods!! Stuffed Tomato. I've stuffed them with crab salad chicken salad & tuna salad. All 3 are good. Protein + a little veggie. Wonton wrappers. Great crunchy possibilities with the wrappers. Scrambled egg holder to make Breakfast portable, baked crab Rangoons, crispy cups for refried Beans. Oh So Good!!! 1 lessofmeismore reacted to this

happycrazylion 9 Posted July 20, 2012 Ok...I need the recipes! How do you cook your wonton wrappers for your eggs? Do you want the recipes for all the stuff I made? Tomatoes & wrappers? As for the eggs I use a metal mini loaf pan and put 2 wonton wrappers in the bottom with a spray of olive oil. Bake in my toaster oven until crispy. Usually approx 6 min. Or full oven 350. I'm sure you could use muffin tins and make more than one at a time. Then I make a scrambled egg, add a bit of cheese or sometimes bacon crumbles. When cooked add to crispy wrapper. Can be taken out of mini loaf pan nd carried around. Hope this makes sence.
windycitymom 60 Posted July 21, 2012 Lasagna cupcakes are awesome in wonton wrappers. Kids love em too. Its a nice way to get the Pasta part of the Lasagna too.
Tiffany Talbert Corbet 46 Posted July 21, 2012 I've been contemplating sprinkling wonton wrappers with cinnamon, and baking sugar-free pumpkin pies. Since nothing going on tomorrow but 100+ weather, I might just give that a try. Thoughts? 1 happycrazylion reacted to this
Tiffany Talbert Corbet 46 Posted July 21, 2012 SUCCESS! sugar-free Mini Pumkin Pie Only took about 20 - 25 min tops. Could have made the entire 48, but ran out of wonton wrappers. Remaining mix will just have to sit in the refrigerator until I have more to use! I hope if you give these a try you will like them as much as I did. (I was pleasantly surprised.)
