2ndtimesacharm 35 Posted July 19, 2012 So I should be grateful that I have gone 4 months without ever stalling but this is killing me! 14 days and not one ounce down. 75 to 80 minutes of cardio a day and 2 days of strength training a week, 80 ounces of Water, 70g of protien and nothing, ugh so frustrated right now. I want to just go to he'll with myself but I can't. I also haven't been (regular) at all. No bm for 4 days. HELP
kekerene 35 Posted July 19, 2012 Unfortunately stalls happen and cannot be avoided. I hit stalls many many times along the way. I even had times where a gained a couple pounds. The important thing to remember is to be patient because it will come off and you will get over the stall. Just keep doing what you are doing. Best of luck to you. SpecialK1960 252 Posted July 19, 2012 Try not weighing everyday. It is sort of like the watched pot that never boils. And do not underestimate the weight you are carrying as a result of 4 days with no BM. As much as you are excercising you should hopefully stay pretty regular. I would not go much longer before taking something that might get you "moving again." Good luck and remember often after a plateau there is a big drop that has been hiding for a while. 1 2ndtimesacharm reacted to this
NenaLinda 20 Posted July 19, 2012 I'm 2 weeks out and lost a rapid 20lbs and I'm at a stall!!! So I'm ok for now... It's been 3 days and no drop but I know their is no way this eating 500 calories a day will not equal weightloss. It just can't be mathematically correct... So I'm being patient. 1 ShannonK reacted to this

2ndtimesacharm 35 Posted July 22, 2012 So the mini vacation is over. Didn't do so bad. I will weigh in tomorrow and see if I need to do double workouts this week or if my nutritionist was right and the break in routine helped the stall. Thanks for the support!! terikens 0 Posted July 26, 2012 I am 4 weeks out of surgery...and I have also hit a stall. At three weeks out of surgery, I had lost 29 pounds...and now nothing, for about a week. It actually has me very worried, that I'm not doing something correctly. I'm sorry to hear of all of you having a stall also, but it really helps me knowing that I am not alone in this. For the people that have had stalls before...how long did your stall usually last? Just curious. This is a great forum.
