Omar was going to send me a pre-op diet list. He asked me to text him to remind him 2 days ago. I hadn't received an email yet so I texted him again. He just sent me a extremely brief text. However, but I thought I saw something on this forum before where there was a deailed pre-op diet list from Kelly.

Brief text for 34 BMI:

7 days of green fruits & veggies and liquids with one Protein Shake daily

last 3 days Clear Liquids with one Protein shake

I have 13 days till surgery.
