MinaT 669 Posted July 19, 2012 I get cold easier now since I lost weight and I'm 6 weeks out. The fingers asleep maybe you are cold when you sleep and you are tensing up in bed and your hands are falling asleep. Have you had a problem with raynauds in the past (cold fingers that turn blue/white)? Do you have an issue with carpal tunnel. Sometimes our body temperature differs and we are apt to get colder easier when you lose more weight. If you feel like you are coming down with something, definitely see a doctor. I have neurological issues and my hands fall asleep a lot when I sleep, but they hadn't in a while, but I'm having it more so now, because I'm curling my wrists when I sleep trying to stay warm. Best of luck to you.
ShapeShifter 64 Posted July 19, 2012 B12 defficiency can cause neuropathy, so be sure you are getting your supplements every day!
courtney333 35 Posted July 19, 2012 Would it cause a fever?
Cindy H 6 Posted July 22, 2012 Talk to your doctor for sure. Maybe they can check your Vitamin levels. You may have picked up a little bug as well. Hope you feel better soon!!!
