Livinglifeout 217 Posted July 19, 2012 How soon after surgery can you use them?
shangefan 193 Posted July 19, 2012 As soon as you can get them into your grubby little hands! I've never heard of anyone restricting them afterward.
Livinglifeout 217 Posted July 19, 2012 I'm in Mexico and brought my own. I had one when I came back from surgery, just wondering if I can use them before the leak test?
Wheetsin 714 Posted July 19, 2012 I would not take anything other than whats given to me by a medical professional before the leak test (or before discharge). Gas-X is simethicone. You have a lot of options if simethicone is what you're after. Just remember that Gas-X will do NOTHING for the gas pains that come from the CO2. It will only work (and even then it's questionable) on the gas in your digestive tract.
Gene1970 179 Posted July 19, 2012 I thought I would want them post surgery but never needed them.
