dar1983 751 Posted July 19, 2012 If not for work, and having to leave the house looking sane...I would probably NEVER wear a bra again! When sitting, it feels as though this underwire is pressing on my diaphragm....and it ain't fun!

When sitting, it feels as though this underwire is pressing on my diaphragm....and it ain't fun! Hi! Try the Ahhh bras. They give pretty good support, even for larger breasts and are so comfortable. 1 dar1983 reacted to this
MinaT 669 Posted July 19, 2012 There are sports bras that look more like bras with no under wire. They don't have the cross strap. I know what you mean about the bra, it sits right there and sometimes it hits one of my incisions. The one laparascope, the one just below the bra line in the middle of my diaphragm, had to be moved during surgery and moved up and then they had to open it so it looks like I have a = and + on top of each other and it's a bit bigger because of a complication and it still has the clear dissolvable stitches sticking out so it was uncomfy. I am sure it will feel better soon, best of luck and congrats on your loss! Best wishes and I hope I'm sorry

Eos38 12 Posted July 22, 2012 I solved this problem by working from home.......I don't wear shoes either. In all seriousness, one of the things that I am looking forward to post op....wearing bras that don't look like a kevlar vest. Husband seems worried that his fun bags might disappear...but we all must sacrifice for good health. 1 tybeeanna reacted to this
