Carbs Count....

Do you have a Nutritionist? If so, I would go by what they say. I'm almost three months out and I try and stay between 40-50. All of my carbs are good carbs though from fruits, dairy products, and occasionally a Protein Bar. I don't eat potatoes, rice, or starches so I'm feel okay about my carb intake.

I try to stay no more than 10-20% of my calories (per my surgeon). My fitness pal can help you calculate how many that is, but for my 600-800 calories I usually try to stay in the 30-40 range
