Sleevorama 56 Posted July 17, 2012 Ok.....I'm down 100lbs, I have had my measurements and I've lost a little bit more muscle than they wanted to by this stage, but its not bad. I haven't really done anything but some walking and swimming as far as exercises go. I just joined a gym to start doing weights 3times a week, this starts actually tomorrow. The question I have is that my energy level sucks lately, like for the last week. Before that I had plenty of energy. Are there peeks and valleys in regards to my energy level, and will that be more balanced once I have a "standardized" less sporatic exercise routine? brandymarie81 108 Posted July 17, 2012 You may need to take in some more B-12. It really helps give you a boost of energy.
kimmy*custis 276 Posted July 17, 2012 The exercise will definitely help with the energy level. Maybe you need some more Protein? Also, the B12 will help too.
PdxMan 4,292 Posted July 17, 2012 If you are exercising regularly, then you are burning through your stored glycogen reserves. To replace them, you need to up your carb intake a bit. Try adding some additional cooked veggies to your diet. It helped me. 1 allmyjoy reacted to this
Sleevorama 56 Posted July 17, 2012 Great, thank you all. I am currently taking 1000mg B12 daily, should it be more than that??
