twistedkitten25 27 Posted July 17, 2012 1/2 c uncooked oatmeal/oats 1 tbsp flaxseed meal 4 egg whites 1/2 scoop Protein Powder 2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar (can use prob half tbsp of no cal sweetener) Mixed those ingedients, then cooked in coconut oil.
