I'm on full liquids and I've been taking my RTD Atkins shakes and mixing them with my Protein Powder. It's 40g Protein and gets me thru til atleast 1-2 and I have my 24 oz of Water in between. It's only 263 calories and helps me, just thought it may help someone who's struggling... Susie

I drink 2 per day , the first 1 around 8 am and I'm full until 2pm then I'll drink some Soup and another shake around 7ish, I drink 20-30 ounces of Water in between each mealtime. It really works.
