beefalogal 43 Posted July 16, 2012 I just purchased the fabulous scale by fit bit. It gives % body fat and it changes slightly on each weigh in. What should I be shooting for?

DivaK 55 Posted July 16, 2012 I think it depends on what you and your doctor feel is adequate for your body type. Everyone is built differently and some of us are more muscular than others or taller than others, so the recommended bmi may not be what's right for you. I kind of think that at some point your body will stop losing weight close to or within a healthy bmi range and that is where you really should be. I would just consult with my doctor and see what both of you agree on and try to make that goal---that's what I'm doing...
