karenb4729 309 Posted July 15, 2012 I do my atigal in SF pudding. My prilosec I just open and swallow the little beads with Water - there is no flavor to them. I think this is the part that I dislike the most about the surgery.

I'm not really sure if that's the right thing to do or not, but I haven't had any problems from swallowing them without crushing them.
ProudGrammy 8,322 Posted July 15, 2012 Any ideas on crushing medicine? cynthia there are certain pills that you are not supposed to crush/cut. it loses some of of is potency be careful - the" medicine police" are always out there checking on people that are breaking the rules I never did have a problem with swallowing my pills, but when i was in hospital they did crush into my applesause - wan't too bad Afer some time passes, many people don't need their diabetes meds with the help of the sleeve. losing weight (i'm one of those lucky ones) Maybe you won't need to take metforman, or other medication for certain problems (or a reduction ). i don't have to take my B/P medicine either good luck kathy
