My son has a xbox kenic... I seen a tape called ufc trainer and was curious if anyone has heard or used this type of game for exercise.

I haven't heard about that game specifically, but my boyfriend has an Xbox Kinect, and it is a greattttt way to exercise! I was sweating after just a few minutes! I say go for it (:
