aaron1976 19 Posted July 15, 2012 I I have finished packing for my surgery on Tuesday. I fly out to Dallas tomorrow. Though I know I want and need to do this the voices in the back of my head questioning the reasoning came down on me like a ton of bricks! B@stards! I actually went into the office just to keep myself busy. I usually swim but it's storming pretty good. Anyway I think I'm 20 lbs down from the pre-op diet. I have no desire to have a scale, when I feel good I'll be cool with it no matter the number. Though my goal is to get to one hundred something! I'll keep you all posted. Dallas and the losers bench here I come!

LeaveItToSleever 80 Posted July 15, 2012 I think last minute cold feet are a very, very common phenom. I had my first 'almost panic attack' last night, and I still have more than 2 weeks to go. I feel panic when I think about what I won't be able to do anymore (or what I imagine I will have to give up). When I feel the apprehension and doubt, I just think about all the times I lost and regained, and how I have totally failed at controlling my portions. I know I need to do this for my health. Good luck Aaron.
