Leaving For Surgery Tomorrow.

I I have finished packing for my surgery on Tuesday. I fly out to Dallas tomorrow. Though I know I want and need to do this the voices in the back of my head questioning the reasoning came down on me like a ton of bricks! B@stards!

I actually went into the office just to keep myself busy. I usually swim but it's storming pretty good.

Anyway I think I'm 20 lbs down from the pre-op diet. I have no desire to have a scale, when I feel good I'll be cool with it no matter the number. Though my goal is to get to one hundred something!

I'll keep you all posted. Dallas and the losers bench here I come!

Just want to wish you the best of luck Aaron. I hope your surgery is uneventful and that you have a speedy recovery. Please let us know how you are doing as soon as you are up to it. You will be in my thoughts.

I think last minute cold feet are a very, very common phenom.

I had my first 'almost panic attack' last night, and I still have more than 2 weeks to go.

I feel panic when I think about what I won't be able to do anymore (or what I imagine I will have to give up). When I feel the apprehension and doubt, I just think about all the times I lost and regained, and how I have totally failed at controlling my portions. I know I need to do this for my health.
