April 2006 Bandits September Chat

Recommended Posts

Hey gang! :biggrin1:

We have now entered the month of September. I see that our challenge thread is going strong. I've looked at it, but haven't joined, yet.

Hope things are going well with everyone. I've just had my third fill :clap2: and I do believe that I now have the level of restriction that I've heard others talk about. :hungry: Chew to goo and not a lot of food is my mantra these days.

Picardy3

Hi, and I hear ya! I got my second fill when I had my port revision surgery a few weeks and finally am understanding what restriction is and am definitely loving it.

Well being in front of you all geographically thought I would have to start September off, but thanx to Picardy for that, had to leave challenge there for someone to take!!! I hacve been on 7 day trip so couldn't even access a computer at all. Nice to see someone else taking over for a change.

Nah, amourette, you're not the only one. I've just had a three day weekend so work has been strange today. Everybody tried to follow Monday's schedule instead of Tuesday's. I've met myself coming and going. Now I'm trying to get caught up on messages before I start in on my new grad school class. This is my fifth class and puts me halfway through with my Masters. WOW! I can't believe that.

I have been on a plateau for about a month. The good news is that no weight has been gained. I probably need more fill, but I am scared to go through the food getting stuck experiences again. Thinking maybe I can jumpstart a weight loss on my own. Am I crazy?

So exercise is crucial now. Anyone else have a plateau??

I've seen some co-workers for the first time in a few months and got the "Hey, you've lost weight!" comment. My response is, "Thanks, I'm working on it."

Boo, I'm on a plateau too. It's been about 2 weeks now. I'm hoping it'll break tomorrow because it's time! We'll see.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
