I lost 9.7 pounds for the first week a total loss of 25.4 since the start of my preop diet.

Awsome Job Nina88! I lost 9 pounds this week too and 35 since starting pre op diet. I enjoyed the visit we just had - comparing incisions - and getting rid of those Isopure shakes I hated. On to week two we go!

august 1st here! pre op weight 315, currently 258! love watching it melt away!

August 23rd was my day and i am down 28.8 lbs. Having some of the stuck in the chest feeling which i hope goes away but other than that i feel great.

OMG that is PHENOMENAL! That is 56 lbs in 6.5 weeks!
