How Do You Find People?

How do I find someone I know on here? I know her name, but I can't figure out how to search.....

There is a search button in the upper right corner of the home page. Inside that search box is a drop down list where you can choose to search forums, members, etc. Or, you could just tell us her name and maybe we can point you to the proper person.
