Congratulations! Saggy skin really depends on many factors and you won't really know how it's going to look until it does or doesn't happen as you lose weight. Depends on how long you've been overweight, how old you are, family genetics...lots of things.

I am doing cardio like a fiend, and some light strength training so I won't be weak and skinny. AFTER I get to goal, I'm going to wait a year or two before deciding anything about cosmetic surgery. I don't like to be cut on, so I'm hoping for the best.

Don't worry about trainers being anti-surgery, I mean- if it's done already, what can they say?? Their job is to help you get in shape. Hope all goes well for you!!

I agree with Dooter, there are so many factors that go into whether or not you will have sagging skin. One thing to consider as well is, the most important thing you're doing is having the procedure done so you could regain your health. The skin, whether or not it becomes an issue, can always be dealt with later. Have the surgery, work towards your goal, look and feel better, then if necessary, deal with any loose ends..(no pun intended!)

Good luck!!!!
