jusstice 103 Posted July 20, 2012 I did the sleep study and also the study for daytime sleepiness. I was there from 7:30PM to 4:00PM the next day. The daytime test started when they woke me up at 6:30 AM. I had to stay awake for two hurs, then nap for 20 minutes for the rest of the day. I was exhausted, grumpy and to rip the wires off and kill someone by the middle of the day. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have no sleep apnea and am a very light sleeper, they would have to sedate me forthe study which would invalidate the test results.
