allmyjoy 21 Posted July 12, 2012 Hey guys! Just wanted some advice about my aching legs, its mainly in the mornings when i get up. I was sleeved May 10, 9 weeks today. I take my Multivitamin and Calcium and of course Biotin. I get about 80 grams of Protein a day. They don't cramp, they ache! Can any one suggest anything? IsB 209 Posted July 12, 2012 A little Yoga goes a long way. Ever since I started I rarely get any aches or pains in my joints or back no matter how much I exercise. As we get older we need to stretch out and Yoga is perfect for that. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I had surgery on April 27th and I just had a follow up with my surgeon last week and he said that it may have to do with the way the weight shifts after losng and how your joints realign.
