Kathryn 0 Posted July 21, 2012 What Protein Bars are considered low carb? Do you have a preference?
shell12 18 Posted July 21, 2012 We have 2 protien shakes a day, 2 pieces of fruit, 2 cups of steamed vegetables and 2 8 oz glasses of skim milk. We can have all the Water, sugar free Jello, popsicles, broth, etc that we want. I must say though, I have had my shake this morning, with a pear. I am still starving. I am trying to fill up on broth. I think this must be in my head.
soontobeskinnymini 20 Posted July 21, 2012 My Dr has my preop diet pretty strict. All I can have is 3 Protein Shakes a day for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. sugar free Jello and chicken broth for Snacks 2 servings of each a day no fruit or veggis which I am craving soooo bad. It SUCKS but by day 3 (at least for me) it got much easier and the cravings went away. 1 Jamaela Jennings reacted to this

I also enjoy the sugar free popsicles and Jello. I had to do this a full 2 weeks. Two more days until my surgery! 1 Jamaela Jennings reacted to this
