Never mind: 8oz of coke icee: 65 calories, 18 grams of carbs all from sugar. Not as bad as I thought, but that's a lot of carbs (for me) to waste on something non-nutritious. I also get a mt dew on occassion, the sugar and carbs are no higher than a cookie snack, not good for often ofcourse but i only drink Water so i dont feel to bad having one on occassion.
