Yay!i just started my 14 day pre op liquid diet of 6 Protein Shakes only!first day wasn't terrible,did have a headache most of the day but I'm sure I'll get used to it lol.your going to do great!im going to start a vlog as well on YouTube,we can follow each other!goodluck to you!you got this!
