Vomiting Blood

I guess other people have had the same experience as you, but I never coughed/threw up blood, so it was concerning to me. Do keep us posted when you hear back from the nurse; I hope you find out that it's nothing to worry about. Take care.

Ok so dr said sounded normal. Told me to take mylanta

I never vomited but coughed up a LOT of bloddy mucus. I'm 9 days out from my surgery. I'm also an ex smoker and they had an issue with inutbation because my throat was narrow. Glad the doctors had a good solution! sould like an extra excuse to take it easy!!!! Good luck!

^{oh, lol My doc sent me home with carafate, which is an acid reducer and apparently helps the stomach heal faster. If they gave you anything like that, don't forget to take it!}
