Menudo is great if you take the crud out. I hate hominy and tripe any old way, but the broth is outstanding!

For "Mexican chicken Soup", taco seasoning is added. You can buy mexican taco seasoning in packets in the spice section of your market. Just add to home made, buillion or canned broth. So delicious! Unjury Chicken Flavored Soup tastes best to me when added to canned College Inn Vegetable Broth instead of Water. Really good as well. You could also add the taco mexican seasoning to the Unjury.

Anybody ever try the broth from Vietnamese Pho? I loved that when I could eat. I get served tomorrow, and I was hoping to be sipping that next week.
