Osh.. Now that I feel better.. I am doing much more .. And darn it.. Hurt my back! Off to the doc for some relief!! I have to remember .. I am not Wonder Woman.. I' m only human!!!!

You are woman! LOL It may be time to do some core exercises to strengthen your muscles before doing any strenous stuff. I really have to do this also. :)

I am thinking you're correct! I will be chatting with trainer soon about those core exercises..I have been doing aerobic so it's time for some weight lifting too to get those muscles strengthened up!
