chad2rad 491 Posted July 10, 2012 Anyone take liquid vitamins? Which ones and how are they digesting, absorbing?
Willow216 91 Posted July 10, 2012 I take liquid B-12 complex and Centrum Multi-Vitamin. For whatever reason I happend to like the taste, most everyone I know doesn't, I can actually feel the Vitamins absorb quicker (at least I think I can..LOL) . BTW: Has anyone ever told you, (by your pic) you look like a skinny version of Kevin Smith (Actor, writer of Dogma, Chasing Amy, Jay and Silent Bob)? Take Care!
